Something to Lighten Up Your Blue Monday

Blue Monday? Not feeling used to after a relaxing weekend from work? Unlike me, I just checked in to a new job and as I was cleaning up the computer that was used by a guy before me, guess what I've found..

OMG! There really is a place with a name like that... LOL I even have a picture of the previous guy looking it up and print screen it down.

So next time, want to plan a holiday trip? Don't know where to go? Fret no more! just go to the nearest travel agent and book your first air ticket to Fucking....and you know what??
You'll have a Fucking great time!

Anyone a big fan of Takeshi Kaneshiro? Eileen is for one. She was goo-goo-gaa-gaa-ing over his poster when we were on the cinema the other day. But we were watching Death Race so we didn't catch this one.

However, when we were visiting the DVD shop to stock up some DVDs to watch over the weekend, I bumped to this movie. So I was like hey since she liked it so much, why not buy the DVD and watch it at home. It'll be nice though...actually I'm referring to the poster. Looks blue and nice :p I have no idea what is the story line behind this movie.

So as usual, we went back, start up the DVD player and slot the DVD in. At first watching the movie was kinda ok. It's a Japanese movie though! One thing about pirated DVDs, you're exposed to the risk of stupid subtitles. Eileen doesn't understand Japanese and I have a mild understanding of that language =/

So as we watched, we got more and more confused. Takeshi's name is Chiba, which the subtitle writes Lightning Thunder and the girl's name which was Kazue Fujiki becomes Rattan Wood =.="

What wonders can piracy do good titled movies...

Anyways, as we watched, we became more and more confused and you know what? I ended up sleeping followed by Eileen... We ended dozing off comfortably...... in a deep....deep....sleeeeep....

When I woke up hours later, I told Eileen, "This is a damn good movie....."
Eileen: Ya right! You slept in the movie. Some more you slept faster than me...
Me: Ya it's a good movie....good to sleep hee hee....

Guys and girls, watch on your own risk, just make sure you don't snore in the cinema, that's all..

The True Defination of Special

Last weekend I was walking around downtown to scout around for several stuff. So we decided to walk around to check out the price and where is the best place to buy the things that we might want/need.
1) Sony Ericsoon w580i

Eileen's phone is currently faulty and she is using my extra phone now. She is however scouting around to look for a new phone to purchase as the one she is using now is kinda confusing for her as the keys are not very user friendly. So we looked around everywhere for the best price and package. This colour is a limited edition as normally you only have a black, gray or white colour. Best price we found so far, RM799.

2) HTC Diamond Touch

A PDA phone that any geek would enjoy. This phone is the closest competitor to Apple's iPhone. For my personal opinion, this phone is small, sleek and honestly, It looks wicked! I always was curious on how much this thing would cost me if I were to buy it. True enough, the price is a hefty sum of RM2799. After 2 days of thinking, I decided to let this go for now. Maybe after a few months/years when my existing PDA expires then I might get this. :) but by then most likely there'll be newer and pretty gadgets out in the market =.="
3) Tamron Camera Lense.

I realized soon after the fireworks pictures, that the current kit lense I'm using is really no difference from using a normal point and shoot camera. This thing however is like an upgraded feature of the lense that I currently am using and it has a better picture quality. Best price after scouting around is RM1430. Ouch my Wallet!!

4) Hoya Polarizing Filter.

This gadget is good for my kind of photographer who does not know how to use Adobe Photoshop. LOL It helps me to cut off the glare off daylight pictures. It does comes in pretty handy though. Price is RM100. Want to see the result of having your lense poralized?

See the power of poralizing your lense? mwahahaha...

5) Dry Cabinet

After having my camera for about 2 years, I still do not have a dry cabinet to store my lenses and kit. Having a dry cabinet is necessary to keep the good condition of your camera and your lenses. The cheapest I found is RM230.

Want to know something funny?

When I was asking the sales guy about the HTC Diamond, this is the conversation that took place between us...

me: How much is the HTC Diamond going for now?
sales: Right now we got promotion. Selling for RM2799.
me: Wow that's quite expensive. What package do you include inside?
sales: We will give you screen protector, a bluetooth headset...
me: What brand?
sales: Jabra. We also give you the software that you need or other softwares that you want and we have, we'll give you, and the GPS software, Map King.
me: That's all? Anything else?
sales: We'll also give you a leather casing, it's not for sale but we use it as free gift. We're also giving away a Special Gift...
me: What's the special gift?
sales: We cannot tell you wan... it's special...
me and eileen: =.=" *we almost fell down*

Seriously, I almost wanted to slap that guy... with his look and the way he said the "We cannot tell you wan" part, it really took me off by a suprise... he looks something like this...

I believe you would too want to slap him >.<

A Leap to the Past?

You know how technology pushes itself forward ever so rapidly these days? Just merely 14 years ago, there wasn't such a thing called the INTERNET. There wasn't even mobile phones so common like you see in this age. In such short period of time, communication has advanced in such great length that no one back in those days would ever imagined where we are today.

Speaking of which, Guess what I've received a few days back...

LOL A fucking telegram! These things don't come so common anymore. When I first got it, I was like "What the heck is this?"

When I opened it then I only realized what it is. This is my very first telegram notice and let me tell you, it's not a good news.

Photobucket

It's from a company called Kudrat and Co. It's such a fucking lame company and well, the services they provide are somewhat... Unprofessional... wanna know why??

It's a fucking debt collecting company. Apparently I owe a bank some money and I already made the payment. They still called and asked me to pay up...

The person whom "handled" me however is a fucking loser. Well, a Sikh to be exact... Here's how the situation goes...

One week ago, there's this guy called Jaswan Singh called me regarding the payment of my credit card, I told him that I would make the payment and yes, I did made the payment and called him back telling him the payment had been made. He assured me he'll check on it with the bank and get back to me if there's any problems.

About a week later, he called again, this time his tone of his voice was someone angry and being rude. Vulgarity was part of the conversation let me assure you that. I told him I'll call him back after calling the bank. I'm like What the fuck man?! The money has already been debited from the cheque's bank. =.="

When I called the bank, after several minutes we found out that the cheque department of the bank had some issues since the 14th of the month. They said there's a lot of clients who paid via cheque but the it was not cleared to the said bank. The telebanker was very kind and told me she would look into my case and informed Kudrat and Co appropriately...

Here's the thing...

THIS JASWAN FUCKING SINGH IS SO FUCKING STUPID. DOES HE EVER INVESTIGATE WITH THE FUCKING BANK FIRST BEFORE CALLING AND EVEN TALKING RUDELY TO HIS CLIENTS? WE'RE THE MOTHER FUCKERS WHO PAID HIM FOR HIS JOB AND THIS IS HOW HE TREATS HIS CLIENTS? NEXT TIME, JAS-FUCKING-WAN SINGH, CHECK WITH THE BANK FIRST BEFORE APPROACHING YOUR CLIENTS. ELSE YOU MIGHT GET YOUR DICK AND YOUR WIFE'S CUNT INTO TROUBLE. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ONE MORE CALL FROM YOU, I'LL HAVE YOUR MOTHER FUCKING JOB. BIATCH~

Last but not least, Kudrat, these days, we don't use telegrams no more... We use emails. Wait, Wait.... hmm but for your case, think u guys should go back old school...

This is WAY too much.

Have you ever gotten yourselves an email from some sort of African or some third world country's email asking you to help some God forsaken girl whose dad/uncle/grandfather whom is dying and they are leaving behind a huge inheritance of fortune. Apparently the girl being locked away in some refugee camp unable to flee from her untimely fate.

I used to ignore these mails or even delete them on the spot. We all knows that these are scams of some sort that will end up you using your own money for some worthless cause. Despite the figure of their "inheritance" is somewhat huge; by the count of billions in case you didn't notice, it's still a SCAM!

Today, I gotten another new technique of scam being spread around the email world. Check this email out...
